When and how can we check in and check out?
You can check in from 15:00 on the day of arrival, or from 16:00 during the summer season and quick transition periods. Our local staff member will greet you at the location, hand over the keys and give you a tour of the accommodation. On the last day, check-out is between 8:00-11:00, 8:00-10:00 during the high summer season and quick transition periods.

Is there an option for early check-in or late check-out?
Depending on availability, early check-in (from 8:00) and late check-out (until 20:00) are possible for an additional charge of 6.000 HUF/hour. This allows you to make the most of your first day and gives you more flexibility to depart in the afternoon or evening without rushing.

How can I pay?
To finalize your booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required via transfer. The remaining balance, the tourist tax, and the deposit can be paid in cash on the spot or via transfer before arrival. Payment by SZÉP card is not yet possible at villas, but we plan to introduce it soon.

What is the cancellation policy?
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, in which case the advance payment will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, the advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Can we request extra beds for children or additional guests?
Yes, all of our rooms can accommodate extra beds, and there is also a large sofa bed in the living room.

Is the accommodation baby-friendly?
Yes, our accommodation is baby-friendly, equipped with a baby crib and a baby chair. Additionally, one of the rooms has a designated children’s corner with toys.

Is the accommodation dog-friendly?
Yes, our accommodation is dog-friendly, but we can only accommodate up to 2 small or medium-sized pets at a time. The charge for dogs is 5.000 HUF/dog/night. Pets are only allowed on the ground floor and in the garden; they cannot be brought onto the sofa or into the upstairs rooms. This is strictly enforced. If there are any pet marks on the sofa or in the rooms, a 10.000 HUF extra cleaning fee will be charged, which will be deducted from the deposit.

Is the jacuzzi available year-round?
Yes, our waterfront jacuzzi is available for use even during the winter.

What do we need to bring for grilling and cooking in the cauldron?
The grill works with charcoal, and the cauldron uses a gas burner. We provide all necessary equipment except for the charcoal.

Do you provide bed linen and towels?
Yes, we provide these for our guests, but we recommend bringing extra towels for swimming and the jacuzzi.

What is provided in addition to bed linen and towels?
All bathrooms are equipped with toilet paper, liquid soap and a hairdryer. In the kitchen, we provide a dishcloth, kitchen paper towels, cleaning cloth, sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher capsules and some coffee capsules.

How well-equipped is the kitchen?
Our kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, mini oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, frying pans, pots and other smaller kitchen appliances. We also provide enough glasses, mugs, plates, and cutlery for the number of guests. Basic food items such as sugar, salt, pepper, flour, powdered sugar, vinegar, paprika, and various spices are also available in the kitchen.

What kind of coffee machine is in the house? Do you provide capsules?
Our guesthouse has a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and we offer a few complimentary capsules to our guests.

What kind of heating system does the house use?
The guesthouse has central heating, but the rooms are primarily heated with air-conditioning units that can also cool the rooms.

Is there air conditioning in the villa?
Yes, air conditioning is available in all rooms and the living/dining area.

Where can we park?
Free parking is available in our private parking lot at the entrance of the house, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 cars. However, there is no possibility for parking inside the gate or for charging electric cars.

When can we use the dock?
According to legal regulations, our private dock can be placed in the water between April 1 and October 31, so guests can use it during this period. Outside of this period, the water can easily be accessed through the rocks.

Can we fish from the dock?
Fishing is allowed from the shore or from our private dock once you have obtained the appropriate fishing permits. We are unable to assist in acquiring these permits.

How deep is the water near the shore? Is it safe for young children to play?
The advantage of the southern shore of Lake Balaton is that the water near the shore is shallow, reaching up to about knee height, making it safe for children to play.
